WHS class will meet

The 1959 Washington High School class will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday for its luncheon at Benjy’s Restaurant in Washington. Visitors are welcome.

FOL book sale this weekend

Friends of the Library will hold its spring book sale from 10 a.m. to noon for members of FOL and from noon to 5 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday for the public at the Washington Carnegie Public Library, 300 W. Main St.

DCH color/run walk to be held

The Daviess Community Hospital will sponsor a color run/walk Sunday. The run begins a 9 a.m. at the hospital and the walk begins at 9:05.

Relay For Life bowling fundraiser

Relay For Life will hold a fundraiser Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the King Pin Bowling Center, 2100 State St., Washington. Cost is $20 per person for unlimited games and includes shoes; cost for 12 and under is $10. Fifty percent of all proceeds will benefit Relay For Life.
